1. Can I return a product?

Yes, you can request a return within 14 days of receiving your order, provided the item is unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as delivered.


2. Which products are not eligible for return?

Items such as personal care products, downloadable software, digital goods, gift cards, and final sale items cannot be returned.


3. How do I start a return?

4. Who pays for return shipping?

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.


5. How long does it take to process a refund?

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.


6. Can I exchange an item?

Yes! We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or shipped incorrectly. To request an exchange, contact us at buysignalx@gmail.com


7. What if I received a defective or damaged product?

If your order arrives damaged or faulty, contact us within 7 days with photos, and we will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.


8. What if I don’t see my refund?

If your refund isn’t showing after 10 business days:

9. Do you refund shipping fees?

Shipping costs are non-refundable. Only product costs will be refunded unless the item was defective or wrong.
